Workshops & Events
Live workshops and events allow me to reach people through engaging, transformative group activities. I have been beyond blessed to offer jam-packed programs for all ages and backgrounds, and look forward to offering many more.
I began hosting my "Awareness Games" Workshop in Central America in 2025. This workshop challenges people to think outside the box and to feel deeply, all while getting vulnerable with each other. Each workshop is totally different, drawing on tools from various disciplines in spirituality and psychology. I am also intuitively guided in how to structure and custom build each iteration of the event, tailoring it to the unique energy of the group.
Participants regularly find their self-assumptions shattered and discover news ways to springboard past their old limitations. They also experience the joys of authentically connecting with strangers in a supportive, safe container.
New versions of this workshop are planned, rebranded and expanded under the title of "Mind and Heartlink: Immersive Dive." In this format, we will learn to connect our heart and mind through forms of awareness that reinforce and re-situate our natural place in our hearts. We will also feel the quantum-boosted effects of linking our hearts and minds with those of others!
